In preparation for Fall & Winter, we’re looking to expand our team in August.
For our Front Desk team, we’re looking for those who genuinely care to host and welcome people into a home like environment. Up to 30 hours / week. Previous receptionist type roles will be strongly considered. Email [email protected] with a cover letter and resume if interested.
For our Guide team, we’re looking for hospitality driven individuals as well as sauna enthusiasts. Our sauna culture focuses on European traditions, music, and most importantly, our guests. Email [email protected] with a cover letter and resume if interested.
The goal was never really the grade. It was always the confidence to go after it.
Vivian figured that out somewhere between mentoring Grace and lying in the grass above the ocean. It’s the same thing we see at Aetherhaus every day. People walk in with one goal and walk out with something they didn’t know they needed.
It has always been community and a reason to keep showing up.
Community is the whole point. It’s why we built Aetherhaus, and it’s why we connect with organizations.
Grace came in as a mentee with a stretch goal. Vivian showed her around Squamish, they climbed multi-pitch on their first trip out, and Grace never really left.
Different setting, same idea. Surround yourself with good people and see what happens.

That’s how Hailey, part of the Aetherhaus team and a mentor with Mountain Mentors, describes the connection between our two communities.
At the end of the day, what people actually walk away with is community and a sense of self-purpose. Whether it’s inside our walls or out on a rock face, the intention is the same: tune out the noise, prop each other up, and build something that actually means something.
