Yay June ☀️ and finally some sunshine!!! Just a friendly reminder that I will be out of the clinic and heading to the west coast a from June 11th-21st 🌲 🏔️. I will be back for some clinic days to finish up the school year with my teachers and students then I will be away again near the end of the month for some self development 🧘‍♀️ from July 1st to 5th. ✨ Massage Therapy Treatment Options ✨ There are some changes to online booking options! Here's a quick guide to help you choose what fits your body and your goals:

⏰45 Minutes | Focused Treatment
Best for targeting one specific area (neck & shoulders, low back, hips, etc.). Ideal if you're short on time or want focused relief for a problem spot.
⏰ 60 Minutes | Standard Care
A balanced, full-body session or focused work on 2-3 areas. Great for regular maintenance, stress relief, and overall muscle tension.
⏰ 80 Minutes | Comprehensive Treatment
Perfect for those who want it all. This session allows time for deeper attention to chronic tension, injuries, or recovery needs-without feeling rushed.

These sessions are available by contact-to-book only.This helps ensure the right amount of time is reserved and prevents scheduling overlaps.

I can’t believe we are on the tail end of 2025, it was hard to wrap my head around releasing the schedule but here we are. So much has unfolded this year and It’s truly a privilege to treat in the space that I do and spend my days working with each and every one of you.
