I help you get your clear skin back without diets, pills, or facials! Skincare blindness➡️skincare know-how

08/02/2026

People struggle with acne for decades😬

To the point where they’ll convince themselves it’s normal.

It’s not.

But you have to look at your blindspots to understand wtf is going on and why.

‼️It all starts with an unrealistic definition of clear skin; a definition that is unattainable.

The marketing/algorithms/PDFfile-beauty-industry convinced you that:

1️⃣pimple = acne
pores = flaws
dynamic, changing skin = pathology

So when your skin behaves like NORMAL skin, you see it as something that needs fixing.

These manufactured flaws become fixations…

You feel like you have to GET RID of them.
Permanently.

So you look to see what other people (who have also fallen under the influence of marketing) are doing, and then do the same things.

You buy A TON of stuff, try a ton of stuff, spend a lot of money, and a lot of time…

Your skin only gets worse.

Right, because the flaws you were seeking to get rid of weren’t flaws.

And you treated healthy skin as though it’s sick.

In fact, you treated your healthy SELF as though you were sick (“acne is a reflection of your inner health” myth is pushed hard by the algo BOOO).

Here’s the most important thing I see with some clients who have struggled with their skin for YEARS, and are finally living with clear skin.

They forget how the struggle started (obsessing over a made-up flaw, looking too closely at the skin, fixating).

AND THE START ALL OVER AGAIN trying to get rid of a random pimple, treating their skin as though it’s not healthy, normal, and clear.

You need to get off this hamster-wheel of skin-sabotage if you want to create years of clear skin with:

❶know-how: skincare is a skill
❷well-formulated products: quality matters
❸consistency: without it, nothing works
❹patience: without it, nothing works
❺dropping the acne identity: otherwise, skin-sabotage

See my transformations if you want proof that I know wtf I’m talking about.😎👆

If you can’t accept real, clear skin with that occasional pimple, prepare for a needless struggle against your skin.

And a not-so-fun case

It wasn’t hormones or diet!

It was an experiment where I completely changed my skincare habits.

I went from taking consistent care of my skin…

To:
1️⃣a month of honey to cleanse and jojoba oil to moisturize
2️⃣a month of using argan oil
3️⃣a month of just using water

⚠️My skin did NOT look like that before photo overnight!

Noooooo

The clogging and inflammation was subtle at first, mostly some subtle texture differences.

It took about a month to start getting the big juicy pimples.

The nothing but water month was the worst though.

Because guess what water doesn’t do well?
Clean. 🧽

So my oily skin + summer heat + pollution + sweat of course turned into a disaster zone.

But guess what?
I didn’t realize it was my experiments on the surface of my skin that created this mess. 🫣

Because random people on the internet said that I MUST BE SICK INSIDE. 🤬

Despite getting glowing yearly check-ups with my doctor, despite feeling healthy AF, I even spent over 1000$ CAD on a naturopath and her dumb tests.

1 more month of flailing with my skincare habits, a realization popped into my head.

🧠“This all started when I switched my skincare products.”

From then on, I went back to my supportive skincare habits and have maintained clear skin for over NINE YEARS.

👉Remember: skincare is meant to keep our skin in good condition

But it’s been hijacked by marketing and propaganda, where most people forgot it’s intended function.

👉Also: skin is a resilient organ, damage takes time

So you might forget about a subtle change in your habits, that lead to a domino effect of damage and your current skin condition.

👉Skincare is a skill that none of us were taught

It’s easy to blame your insides for the care your skin is missing on the outside.

If you hear hooves, think horses, not zebras.

🚨If your skin looks like a BEFORE pic, think skincare blindness, not internal health issues.

When I had acne…

I thought it was because of my hormones, diet, genes too.

But the truth was, I didn’t know how to take care of my skin and was unintentionally destroying it.

Once I learned how to take effective care of my skin, I’ve been able to maintain clear skin for NINE years now.

You can see my transformation in my highlights (along with hundreds of other transformations). 📸📸📸

The bottom line is we all have hormones, and our hormones will fluctuate, sometimes dramatically during NORMAL phases in life like puberty.

It doesn’t help to vilify them, especially when they’re literally doing what they’re supposed to!

What can you do instead?

ℹ️Learn how to support and protect your skin so well that you only get an occasional pimple (this is healthy!).

Yes, that occasional pimple might coincide with the time of the month — but since a pimple takes WEEKS to form, it means it COINCIDES with the time of the month and is not CAUSED by it.

Clear? 🫶

Your hormones always fluctuate, even once you get your clear skin back…They are messengers, always going places and making stuff happen!

Hormones are AMAZING.

So cheers to hormonal clear skin! 😄😆

Biggest icks 👇🤢

🚩Filters: especially when it’s someone promoting/selling skincare or makeup ✌️instant unfollow

🚩Faceless skincare accounts: when they share all kinds of products and advice in sometimes very beautiful carousels, but there’s no face to see if the person can put their so-called knowledge into action (many of them reach out to me for help with their skin condition)

🚩Acne positivity: though well-intentioned, these accounts spread the most acne misinformation and myths, and sometimes really unhinged skincare tips due to their huge skincare blindspot and desperation

🚩Dermatologists or doctors turned influencers: they use authority bias to gain your trust and then peddle the same products that any run of the mill influencers do💸

🚩Holistic acne journey accounts: acne is not supposed to be a journey, and it isn’t holistic (requiring journalling, nervous system regulation, diets, supplements, “functional” testing, read: obsession). It def will be a journey if you don’t know what you’re doing or if you follow people like this.

🚩“Eat your skincare”: can’t be more ignorant about skincare and skin function, but nowadays nutritionists and even fitness coaches love to talk about SKIN, a topic they didn’t study or understand 😭

I have cleaned up my algorithm so well, that I barely ever get any skincare content.

❌Certainly no skincare hauls, ADvice, or FOMO.

I found that even as a skin health coach, especially in my early days, I’d still get influenced to try trending things.

It would always lead to temporarily inflamed or irritated skin.🫠

I had to learn the lesson the hard way a few times to start to fully trust my own understanding of skincare and skin health, and with this commitment I’ve been able to maintain 9.5 years of clear skin now! ✅

If you need help getting your clear skin back with way less consumption, make sure to follow ✨

Got “acne”?👇👇

You might have been influenced by all your scrolling to genuinely believe that there’s something wrong with you.

😵‍💫You’re sick inside.
😵‍💫Acne is a reflection of some hidden ROOT cause inside you.
😵‍💫That you’re doomed to struggle with your skin forever.

That’s the beauty of being influenced by people in the same boat as you.

They struggle.
You struggle
Everyone struggles, so the struggle starts to seem normal.

Well it isn’t.

👀You have 2 blind spots.
1️⃣Your skin is your blind spot.
2️⃣How to care for your skin is your blind spot.

The acne didn’t happen overnight,
and it’s not happening to you.

Your skincare habits and your product choices have been interfering with healthy skin function.

✨Your skin is simply responding✨

✴️It’s happening *on* your skin and *to* your skin.

What you need to do is LEARN about skin and skincare so you can start to intentionally and strategically support and protect your skin

Instead of struggling against it.

If you need help, use my content or sevices and get results like these with skincare at home.🏠

Yes, these results are from skincare.

The amount of women who fall for “clean beauty”…

Who sometimes end up with nasty case of dermatitis or acne…

All because their fears were weaponized by MARKETING…

Is too many.

As of 2025, the global market value for clean beauty was valued at around 8.02 billion U.S. dollars. The clean beauty market value is forecast to reach approximately 15.3 billion U.S. dollars by 2028.

The marketing of ‘clean beauty’ companies relies on finding a villain (i.e. toxin) that is responsible for whatever you don’t like about yourself or your health.

If you just eliminate the villain and buy these ‘clean beauty’ products, then everything will improve.

You’re told that this villain can pe*****te your skin and get into your blood stream and cause hormonal imbalances and cancers…

Ooh, scary, right?
Emotional?
Dramatic?

Yeah, because it sells.

🧠You’re not told that you’re skin is so intelligent and resilient that it’s a ONE-WAY DEFENCE system keeping you safe from all the villains.

💀You’re not told that if your skin absorbed everything you put on it, then you’d long be dead.

🤗You’re not told that if indeed your skin absorbed everything, then it would also absorb the so called ‘clean beauty’ products that are laden with ingredients that also don’t belong INSIDE your body.

🔬You’re not told that some natural ingredients are even more toxic to skin than ‘unnatural’, ‘synthetic’ or ‘lab made’ ingredients that are tested for safety.

You’re sold a story rooted in a false-sense of safety against a villain who doesn’t exist.

In other words, total (lucrative!) BS.👻

Please stop falling for it. 🧠

Choose companies that tell you what you’re getting instead of manipulating you and distorting your entire view of how safe you are.

Love & Logic,
O

PS. All the transformations I share here are usually without any “clean beauty”, “medical-grade”, or “all natural” skincare ❌🙅‍♀️

No, you don’t need to give up gluten, dairy, or sugar for clear skin.

Don’t believe me? Then you might need to see the transformations in my highlights.

I’m not talking about clearing up the skin for a week or two, I’m talking about YEARS of clear skin.

That’s what we achieve here. Over and over again.

Sometimes we think we only have two options…

But if you look a bit harder, you can find another one.

Consider these red flags:

🚩”heal your skin from within”
🚩”acne-healing foods”
🚩”eliminate gluten, dairy, sugar, etc. if you want clear skin”
🚩”acne is diabetes of the skin”
🚩”your skin is a detox organ”
🚩”your liver is sluggish that’s why you’re breaking out”
🚩”try this 30 day cleanse”
🚩”you need this gut-healing protocol”
🚩”follow the medical medium”

My audience has already tried all of the above and we know that
a. it doesn’t work
b. it’s nonsense
c. it’s not fun

Hope you know that you can enjoy clear skin AND have an amazing relationship with food. ❤️

Labels are very one-sided.

And they hurt your skin.

They make it seem like your skin *just is the way it is*, and that YOU can’t do anything about it.

“Oh it’s just sensitive. Stubborn. Acne-prone.”

Ok, but WHY is it that way?

Labels conveniently ignore the context in which your skin lives.

Your skin lives with YOU…

It deals with your labels, your expectations, your buying behavior, your experiments, your habits…
These compound over time.

It may end up sensitized, compromised, inflamed, and hurting.
But it doesn’t start out that way!

True sensitive skin is rare.

I’ve worked with thousands of clients on their skin transformations, and most of them describe their skin as sensitive, yet I’ve only found one client with actual sensitive skin.

Last month, I worked on a case where a skincare mistake landed my client in the emergency room. Later, she developed a bacterial infection and, over time, an allergy to some skin-supportive ingredients.😫

Most people forget that skin is an organ—an immune organ.

And most people think they know how to describe it, talk about it, take care of it…

But miss the biggest BLIND SPOT.

You! 🫵

Your involvement in your skin condition is your blind spot.

If it looks like a before pic, there’s A LOT more to learn about skin health, skincare, and how the two combine.📝

No, it’s not a deeper issue.

👋The real issue is that we all pretend to understand an organ that we didn’t study.

🤑And this ignorance gets taken advantage of by marketers, happy to sell us a bunch of useless OR downright damaging skin sh*t…

💩or worse: the idea that you’re powerless over your skin health.

🫠your product choices may *seem* supportive according to their marketing, but if your skin looks like a before pic, you have to recognize that you’re putting your skin in a context it doesn’t like.

The good news: you can change the context.🥳

And what you’ll need for that is:

❤️know-how
❤️well-formulated products
❤️consistency
❤️patience
❤️and dropping the acne identity (which
