Want fuller, healthier hair? Make sure you’re getting these key nutrients 👀
1. Protein 💪🏽
Hair is primarily made of keratin, a type of protein. Getting enough protein supports stronger strands and healthy growth.
2. Iron 🩸
Iron helps carry oxygen throughout the body, including to your hair follicles. Low iron can contribute to excessive shedding.
3. Vitamin D ☀️
Vitamin D supports the normal hair-growth cycle, and low levels may be associated with certain types of hair loss.
4. Biotin ✨
Biotin supports the production of keratin and helps maintain healthy hair.
5. Zinc 🌿
Zinc supports hair follicle health, tissue growth and repair. Low zinc levels may contribute to thinning or increased shedding.
6. Omega-3 fatty acids 🐟
Omega-3s support scalp health and may help reduce dryness and inflammation around the hair follicles.

5 tips that helped me achieve healthier hair ✨
1. focus on scalp health
Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Keeping the scalp clean and cared for made a huge difference for me. I not wash my hair every1-2 days
2. prioritize protein and nutrition
Hair health is connected to what we put into our bodies, not just what we apply externally. To ensure I’m filling my nutrient gaps I take my multivitamins, iron, omega daily
3. be consistent with your routine
consistency matters more than using trending products.
4. using a hair mask 1-2x a week to deeply condition and improve breakage
5. be patient
Healthy hair is usually the result of small habits repeated consistently over time ✨

Some of the meals I made for my family!
Cooking in larger batches and freezing left overs has been a life saver with having a toddler at home. This helps us avoid eating out and saving time +money!
Why High-Protein Meals Matter 🍳💪
Protein isn’t just for “gym people.”
It’s the master nutrient behind how your body functions.
✨ Hormones: Protein provides amino acids needed to make hormones that regulate metabolism, blood sugar, appetite, and stress.
⚡ Energy: Balanced protein = steadier blood sugar = fewer crashes and cravings.
💪 Muscle & Metabolism: Muscle is metabolically active. More protein → more lean muscle → higher calorie burn, even at rest.
🔥 Fat Loss: Protein keeps you feel fuller longer and has a higher thermic effect (you burn more calories digesting it).
💁🏽♀️ Skin, Hair & Nails: Collagen, keratin, and elastin are protein-based—low protein sometimes shows up as hair thinning, weak nails, or dull skin.
How Much Protein Do You Actually Need?
✔️ Women:
• 0.8–1.0 g per lb of goal body weight
• Most women thrive around 90–130 g/day
✔️ Men:
• 0.8–1.0 g per lb of goal body weight
• Typically 120–180 g/day, depending on size and activity
📌 Spread it out: 25–40 g per meal works better than saving it all for dinner.
You can’t out-work a bad diet.
I used to make my busy schedule an excuse to eat whatever was convenient—but I realized it was actually counterproductive. It was costing me my energy, mood, confidence, and even how I showed up in my relationships.
I love the gym 🏋️♀️
But with a busy life, I learned the best ROI wasn’t more workouts—it was better fuel.
80% nutrition. 20% exercise !!!

Hyperpigmentation is your skin responding to triggers like sun, hormones, pregnancy, acne, or irritation.
When melanin is overproduced and settles unevenly in the skin, it shows up as dark spots, patches, and uneven tone.
The key to fading it is not harsh treatments — it’s:
✔️ Brightening safely
✔️ Repairing the skin barrier
✔️ And protecting from UV daily
If you’ve struggled with stubborn pigmentation, message me and I’ll help you build a routine that works 🤍
