B was always a fan of Tri Family, growing up close with the Thomas family that founded it in '97, as a home-based business on Edwards. As it grew it moved into the basement of 229 Fischer (Carter Building), and then into the large main level area of the building.

Going back into the workforce after having kids, she joined the Tri Family sales team, and really fell in love with it. She decided to buy the business in 2016, when it went up for sale.

The industry has changed so much in the past decades, so she's brought in much more giftware, and worked with Denis Watier to keep some of the fine jewellery lines carried at Watier's.

She's extremely excited to serve the North out of the new location.

The store is filling up again with orders coming in weekly. We have some of your favourites back in stock, as well as a few new items

With two sets of staff working out of , we thought it'd be nice to introduce everyone since there's so many new faces around the shop.

Erin () has been working with us for around 2 years.

She's a literal and figurative granny to everyone here. She absolutely loves people and chatting it up. She also enjoys cooking and baking treats.
