✨ KOREAN LASH LIFT vs. TRADITIONAL LASH LIFT — What’s the difference? ✨

They may look like similar services, but the technique behind them is actually quite different. 👀

With a traditional lash lift, the lashes are generally lifted and curled using one shield. The lashes are wrapped onto that shield and the lifting process creates the curl and shape.

A Korean Lash Lift is a little more customized. 🤍

✨ Two shields are used during the process.

The first shield is used to lift the lashes from the root, giving us that beautiful upward lift.

Then we move to a second shield, which allows me to choose the curl and shape that best suits your natural lashes, lash length and the look you’re wanting.

So instead of relying on one shield to do everything, we can essentially lift first and customize the curl second.

But one of my favourite differences is the focus on lash hydration and conditioning throughout the entire service. 💧

The Korean technique is designed around keeping the natural lashes nourished and hydrated during the lifting process, rather than hydration simply being an afterthought at the end.

The result is a beautifully lifted, customized curl while keeping the health and condition of your natural lashes a priority. ✨

No two sets of lashes are exactly the same — and your lift shouldn’t have to be either. 🤍
