Hey Selkirk! We have an exciting opening at Copper Penny Beauty Boutique!
Our team is expanding, and we are on the hunt for a Part-Time - Daytime Receptionist to manage our front desk and help us deliver the best experience for our amazing clients.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Guest Experience: Welcoming clients with a smile, offering beverages/snacks, and letting stylists know when their guests have arrived.
✨ Front Desk & Communications: Answering phone calls, returning voicemails, booking appointments, and cashing out clients at the end of their visit.
✨ Salon Support: Helping keep the space running smoothly with light duties like restocking retail/supplies and managing salon laundry.
What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Great communication and multi-tasking skills
• A team player who loves a fun, fast-paced salon atmosphere!
Location: Selkirk, MB
Hours: Part-time, daytime availability required

August, we celebrate someone who wears a lot of hats at Copper Penny- and somehow does them all exceptionally well.

As our Salon Manager, Brit helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes, but behind the chair is where her true artistry shines.

Over the past few years, Brit has been intentionally refining her craft, leaning into what she loves most: beautiful blondes, seamless blended colour, and flawless foil work. If you've been lucky enough to sit in her chair, you already know why we've lovingly crowned her our Foil Queen. 👑

Brit has an incredible eye for detail and believes every colour should be customized to the person wearing it. Whether you're looking for a bright, high-impact blonde or a soft, lived-in blend that grows out effortlessly, she creates hair that fits your lifestyle while always putting the integrity of your hair first.

What we admire most about Brit isn't just her talent- it's the care she puts into every guest who sits in her chair. She takes the time to listen, educate, and create a plan that's uniquely yours.
