This week, we brought .chino.barbero in for an exclusive 3-day private hands-on workshop for the entire Hectic Cutz Inc. team.
For us, investing into our barbers goes far beyond learning another haircut. Long-term growth comes from continuing to sharpen the fundamentals, challenge ourselves, and keep the passion for the craft alive.
Over the 3 days, the team worked through:
✂️ Core cutting fundamentals
✂️ Square layering & mannequin work
✂️ Mod / s**g cutting techniques
✂️ Brush-back techniques
✂️ Live demonstrations + hands-on training
✂️ Final Q&A + certification
No matter how experienced you become, there is always another level to reach. Continuing education helps our team bring better technique, stronger consultations, more versatility, and a higher standard back to every client who sits in our chairs.
