Child Policy
We love kids and are happy to serve them. For health and safety, and the relaxation of our guests, we kindly request children not accompany guests on salon or spa visits. Reservations & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes your schedule changes and you are no longer able to keep your appointment. We ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hour’s notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment. Respectfully, we require a credit card to reserve appointments for packages or group reservations. If less notice is provided and we are unable to fill your appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of booked services will be charged to your credit card. Comfort
All Neroli professionals are highly trained and will ensure your safety and comfort while providing your service. Our Service Providers will ensure you are discreetly draped during all our massage, facial and waxing services. Please communicate your wishes with your Service Provider in order to ensure you are completely comfortable and satisfied with your service. To respect the quiet and privacy of the other guests and to enhance your own relaxation, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or electronic devices in any way that is going to disrupt another guest (vibration, ringing, alarm, talking, viewing of video, etc.) Returns and Exchanges
To ensure that guests are satisfied with the products that they purchase, we recommend consulting with one of our skin care specialists and testing the products with our complimentary samples. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within three weeks of the purchase date. If products are returned after 21 days of purchase, a gift card will be given for the purchase amount. Arrival
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your entire service; however, as a courtesy to any guests scheduled following your appointment, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time. If there is not enough time to complete the service, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time. Gift Cards
Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and relaxation to the special people in your life. Gift Cards are treated as cash and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards do not expire and may be used on any service or product here at Neroli. All Gift Card sales are final.
