Front Desk Manager

Styled With Meraki is a full-service luxury salon, spa, café, and boutique and we’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who runs the floor like it’s theirs. This is not a “check people in and smile” role. This is the person who keeps 14+ staff, a full guest experience, and daily operations tight, organized, and on-brand.

You’ll own:
• Staff scheduling, oversight, and day-to-day people management
• Reception, guest experience, and front desk operations
• Opening & closing procedures
• Making café drinks for Déjà Brew (lattes, espresso drinks, etc.)
• Salon ordering, inventory, and supply management
• Bookkeeping and basic financial tracking
• Cleaning and maintenance standards
• Staff performance tracking and accountability
• Driving the team to hit sales targets
• Making sure policies and procedures are actually followed every time, by everyone

You are:
• Organized to a fault, with zero tolerance for things slipping through the cracks
• Confident enough to speak up, correct a coworker, and hold the line on standards
• A natural leader who people respect (not just like)
• Comfortable behind an espresso machine as much as behind a computer
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
• Calm under pressure with a packed front desk, a ringing phone, and drink orders coming in

Tech you should be comfortable with (or ready to learn fast):
• Booking/scheduling software
• QuickBooks
• Google Sheets
• Canva
• Bonus points if you’ve used AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work smarter

Bonus:
• Barista experience or café background

If you’re the person who notices the shelf is 2 inches off-center, reminds the team about the dress code without being asked, pulls a perfect espresso shot, and genuinely enjoys keeping a business running like clockwork

A little change is coming to our hours.

Styled With Meraki will be closing at 7:30 PM instead of 9:00 PM.

After reviewing our evenings, we realized something funny… those last appointments of the night were also the ones most likely to get cancelled anyway. So we decided to make a change that better supports the safety and well-being of our team while keeping our schedule running efficiently.

Don’t worry—we know some of you need evening appointments.

We’ll be using our after-hours time for special events, education nights, VIP experiences, and exclusive booking opportunities. If you need an appointment outside of our regular business hours, simply give the salon a call. We’ll do our best to connect you with your stylist and accommodate after-hours requests when available.

We’re creating a more comfortable, flexible and welcoming hair experience for children and adults with sensory needs—and we want the community’s input.

Join Andria Marie, Red Seal Stylist, for a relaxed café-style conversation where individuals, parents and caregivers can share what makes a haircut feel safe, calm and successful. We’ll discuss communication preferences, sensory triggers, appointment pacing, environmental adjustments and the little details that can make a big difference.
This event was inspired by Kaida and the need for more inclusive, personalized hair services in our community. Your feedback will help shape Sensory Cuts by Meraki into an experience designed around each person’s unique needs.
