☎️ If symptoms arise WITHIN 48hrs from your scheduled time, a phone call can avoid the attendance policy fee where considerations are made within our reasonable policy terms.

⏳Once the schedule fills up and time rolls forward, staff will begin to add more time where possible and needed most. This will be available solely through the cancellation waitlist.

🤖 The list is now fully automated so be sure to add multiple treatment options to open up more opportunities to book. Find the link on the scheduler or within your patient account.

🌙 Late day & Saturdays have always been in high demand. Going on 20years in practice, our devoted patients have gotten into the proactive habit of prebooking their time in advance. We offer a variety of AM/PM openings, Mondays through to most Saturdays. We hope this variety can accommodate as many schedules as possible.

Every qualifying appointment opening on our live booking calendar now has the potential to generate an automatic notification to patients whose wait list requests match up.

🤔 How does it work?

As patients self-manage their own appointment changes through their account, our upgraded wait list continuously monitors. Matching patient requests will automatically receive notifications, giving you more opportunities to book.
☝🏼While offered as first come/first serve, these openings are held in priority for 4 hours until booked and released to the live calendar if left unselected.

💡 Pro Tip:
Increase your chances by submitting multiple wait list requests for different treatment types and appointment durations (for example: 30, 45, 60, or 90min or Indie Head, Skin Nourishment, Scalpology). The more flexibility you have, the broader your range of potential booking opportunities.

Our Cancellation/Wait List is not therapist-specific. While the system may allow selection of a preferred RMT when creating a request, this program is monitored to maintain clinic standards for greater accessibly for those in need of care.
