Medical aesthetics has been at the heart of Victory since the beginning, and what we’ve found, over years of working and specializing in this space, is that depth compounds in ways that are genuinely difficult for a generalist to replicate.

When you go deep into this industry, you learn how patients make decisions. You understand the regulatory nuances and the compliance considerations that shape what responsible marketing looks like in this space. You know what has been tried, what has worked, and what the market actually responds to.

You also develop a perspective on the industry that clients find valuable beyond ex*****on. We are not simply building campaigns, we are advising on positioning, on patient experience, on how a practice communicates its values in a category where trust is everything.

Generalist agencies have to learn your world before they can market it effectively. We already know it. That difference shows up in the quality of the strategy, the speed of onboarding, and ultimately in the results.

Depth is not a limitation, it’s the whole point.

✨CLIENT FEATURE✨

We are so thrilled to be working with Healthy Skin Centre, a physician-led dermatology and cosmetic clinic in New Westminster, BC.

When we first met Dr. Lili Nasseri, the clinical standard was already there. What the brand needed was a visual and verbal identity that communicated this standard clearly to patients.

Before any content was created or campaigns were planned, we began with the foundation. A refined visual identity built on the clinic's existing logo, evolved to feel more polished and intentional. A brand voice and tone guide that defined exactly how Healthy Skin Centre speaks to its patients, what language reflects its values and what works against them, and how to communicate with both warmth and clinical authority.

This is where we always start. Not because it is the most visible part of the work, but because it is what makes everything else work. Content without a defined voice loses consistency. Campaigns without a visual system lose trust. The foundation is what allows the strategy to compound over time.

We are proud of what we have already built together, and genuinely excited for this partnership. 💫

ASK A VICTORY MEDIA EXPERT

Our General Manager, Alyssa, leads our team and ensures every client relationship is running the way it should, with clarity, accountability, and a level of care that reflects what we actually believe about this work.

We asked her: what do white glove marketing solutions actually mean in practice, day to day?

Here’s what she had to say:

"At Victory, ‘white glove’ isn't a service tier, it really is a way of working.

We entrench ourselves in our clients' marketing programs. We want to feel like part of their team, not a vendor they check in with once a month.
Everyone here is genuinely working toward our clients' success, all the time.

In practice that means consistent communication, real relationships, and a level of responsiveness that goes beyond what most agencies offer. We hear that from clients regularly, and it never gets old.

It also means anticipating needs before they come up. Noticing something before a client has to ask. And it means everything we do is completely bespoke, built around that specific client and what success actually looks like for them."

Fifty-eight percent of our clients have been with us for five years or longer. Thirty-eight percent for seven years or more.

The industry average for agency relationships is three to three and a half years.

Several clients have stayed through ownership changes, economic shifts, and significant disruptions to their industries.

We share this not as a boast, but because we think it reflects something real about how we work.

Long relationships are not the result of contracts or convenience. They are the result of trust and strong two-way communication, built carefully over time and fiercely protected. We invest deeply in understanding our clients' businesses, not just at the start of an engagement but throughout it. We tell the truth when the truth is hard. We raise issues before clients notice them. We treat the relationship itself as something worth maintaining.

We have also found that the longer a relationship runs, the better the work gets. We know the team and understand the brand more deeply. We know the audience. We have context that a new agency would take years to develop. That compounding knowledge has real value, and our clients feel it.

The length of a relationship is not just a loyalty metric. It is everything.

The quality of the onboarding process shapes the quality of the work we are able to do.

Over the years, we have noticed that the projects that go most smoothly are the ones where the client came in with real clarity about what they needed and why.

✨Meet Stephany Melnyk✨

The newest addition to our team of Marketing Coordinators, Stephany works closely with our clients to keep their marketing programs running with the clarity and consistency they deserve. If you’ve had the pleasure of working with her, you already know what we mean 😉

Stephany brings an international perspective to everything she does, with a background spanning Sweden, Denmark, and Canada, and a Master's degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School, where she focused on the intersection of culture and business innovation. Her foundation in beauty, design, and tech means she moves comfortably between big-picture strategy and the details that make a project feel elevated and grounded.

Outside of work, she spends her time immersed in literature and design, and attempting to learn how to garden.

We are so lucky to have Stephany on our team, and our clients are even luckier. Welcome to the Victory family, Stephany. 🌟

Founder POV: On building our team.

As Victory has grown, one thing has become increasingly clear to me. The people who are drawn to this work want to do serious, high-level production on terms that also leave room for the rest of their lives. I have learned this is not a lesser version of ambition, but the full version, on terms that make sense for how they actually live.

I believe this now to my core, and have built Victory around the same premise for myself.

Creating opportunities for people to lead and grow while also building full lives outside of work has been the quiet centre of how Victory has evolved. The flexibility, the trust, the standards we hold ourselves to - all of it is connected to that intention. What our team is looking for is something a lot of people are looking for: a workplace that takes the work seriously without asking you to sacrifice everything else to do it.

What I have found is that a team built on those values produces work that better reflects them. There is a depth of investment in each other and in our clients that I believe comes directly from the way the agency is structured. People show up differently when they feel genuinely respected.

I am proud of this team. And of what we continue to build together.

A social media feed is one of the first places a potential patient or customer forms an impression of a brand. Before they read a caption or click a link, they’re already deciding whether this feels like somewhere they belong.

That first impression is not accidental. It’s the result of decisions made well before the first post goes out; about colour, typography, photography direction, and how all of those elements work together to communicate something specific about who the brand is and who it is for.

The feeds you see here belong to some of the practices and businesses we have the privilege of working with. Each one is built on a defined visual system, developed in close collaboration with the client before any content is created. The consistency you see across each grid is not a coincidence, it’s the foundation doing its job.

This is what we mean when we say social media is a full-time job with the right strategy behind it. 💪

Starting this week, our team has every Friday off for the next eight weeks. Full pay, no expectations of full availability.

We have been offering Summer Fridays for three years now. The way it works in practice is that we adjust our workflows and timelines across the week to make it possible. Team members plan ahead. We communicate proactively with clients. And for urgent matters, someone is always reachable.

What the data has shown us, consistently, is that our clients do not notice a disruption. Not because the benefit is invisible, but because our systems are designed to absorb it. Good workflows and clear communication mean that a four-day week, properly planned, delivers the same output as five.

We believe that the quality of someone's life outside of work shapes the quality of their thinking inside it. Rest is not a reward for good performance, it is part of what makes good performance possible. A team that is genuinely recharged brings more to the work than one running on empty.

We also think it matters that we mean it. This is not a benefit that exists only in the employee handbook. It is something we protect actively, every summer, because we believe our team deserves it.

Founder POV: What shaped the way you built Victory?

Victory was born of intention.

It is not only a strategic agency, it is a model for how meaningful, high level work can be done with flexibility and trust.

Creating opportunities for women to lead and grow, while also building full lives outside of work, has been the quiet centre of how I have designed the business.
