When it comes to eclipse rituals, I just like to keep things simple. I don’t feel the need to force anything. I prefer to relax, go with the flow, and set an intention for what I’m ready to release.

Take a bath. Move your body. Journal. Meditate. Sit outside under the moon. Or simply curl up with your favourite show and allow yourself to rest. 🖤

I also personally don’t make moon water or charge my crystals during eclipses. I find eclipse energy can feel chaotic and intense, and that isn’t energy I want to hold onto or charge my tools with.

For me, this moon is much more about letting go than holding on.

Release what you’ve outgrown.
Release what no longer feels aligned.
Release the version of you that you no longer need to carry forward.

As we’re getting ready to head back to school, I wanted to offer something special for our kids, teens, and even those heading off to post-secondary.

A new school year can bring so many emotions excitement, nerves, overwhelm, anxiety, new routines, new people and a whole lot of change.

So what better way to begin than with a little grounding, calming and energetic reset? ✨

I’m offering Reiki sessions specifically for our kids & teens to help them ease into the school year feeling grounded, supported and ready to take on whatever comes their way.

Wearing gloves in cold weather or while doing chores helps protect your nails from drying out, breaking, or getting damaged by water and harsh soaps.

Happy Wellness Wednesday ( mercury day) ✨
We wanna talk skin care and consistency. A lot of us want to see results right away and if we don’t we jump the gun and do something drastic with ourselves or inject ourselves with chemical and toxins. Aging is part of growing , aging is part of being alive , we can’t stop it but we can minimize and enhance our skins natural beauty with the right regimen , products and consistency.
✨Keep it simple , start with the basics . Begin with a cleanser that suited for your skin type , follow up with a moisturizer , sunscreen . After you’ve gotten these down you can then start incorporating enhancers like exfoliants , toners, serums etc.

✨Consistency is key , when it comes to creating a skincare routine you want to give your products at least a month to prove themselves ! Patience

✨Don’t give up . Sometimes creating or figuring out a skin care routine can be frustrating especially when it seems like nothing is working. But don’t worry you’re not alone ! Everyone goes through this trial and error process . Keep learning and researching and seeing the right ppl about your skin . We will figure it out.!
