A studio is becoming available at The Hive!

Starting October 1st, one of our private studios will be available, which means I’m officially starting the search for a new business to join us!

I’m looking for an established, independent business owner with their own clientele who is ready for a space of their own — but more than anything, I’m looking for someone who wants to add something special to what we’ve built here. 🤍

The Hive is home to a group of independent entrepreneurs, all running our own businesses under one roof. I’ve always been really intentional about who joins us, and I’m excited to see who + what this next chapter brings!

I’m open to different services + ideas. The right fit matters more to me than filling a specific service.

I’m opening up space in the front for the right person to build their own little coffee haven inside The Hive 🤍

This would be your own business — not a partnership — just you creating something beautiful inside an already established collective of artists and services.

I’m looking for someone who:
•cares about vibe + experience
•takes pride in what they serve
•keeps their space clean, calm, and intentional
•is self-motivated and reliable
•passionate about their business

This is a paid rental opportunity, and you’d be responsible for your own setup, permits, and equipment.
