A private treatment room has just become available within our established beauty studio in entral Kelowna on Ambrosi Rd, and we’re looking for the right professional to join our space.

$900/month — utilities and Wi-Fi included

This 89 sq. ft. private room would be an ideal fit for a permanent makeup artist, laser hair removal provider, tattoo/fine-line artist, nail artist or other complementary beauty or wellness professional.
Please note: We are not accepting lash technicians for this room.

The Space
• 89 sq. ft. (9.5' x 10') private treatment room
• Entire space professionally renovated last year
• Ground-floor, fully ADA-compliant space
• IHA approved
• Sink in the room
• Dimmable ceiling lighting
• Storage cabinet included
• Shared client waiting area
• Shared staff break room
• Space for retail products in the main area, if desired
• Lots of free street parking + private parking lot
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included
• 24/7 access
• Professional, clean and established studio environment

The room will be empty aside from the sink and storage cabinets, allowing you to set it up to suit your business. A treatment bed can be provided if needed.

Laundry is not available onsite, so professionals will need to provide/manage their own linens and laundry needs.

Liability insurance and a valid business licence are required.

While this is a room rental, we’re also open to discussing creative ways of working together with the right professional. This could include subcontracting, teaming up, cross-referrals, or another mutually beneficial arrangement depending on the service and business.

About 9 years ago I started this business with a set of lashes on a very brave friend, in my living room, and a lot of hope.

There was a lot of figuring it out on the fly, and I am still learning. Moves, renos, shut downs, team building, and then most recent - A new name. But what I know now: every up and down was worth it.

Okanagan Beauty Bar is one year old in this space. And almost 9 years old in my heart.
