I’ve been feeling a little off lately, i have unfortunately lost another beautiful soul in my family.

The day I opened this studio, my grandma passed away. One month ago, I lost my maternal grandma, and last week, my closest auntie. the aunt I named my daughter after. Rose.

Losing so many of the women I love, watching both of my parents lose their moms, and my dad lose his sister… it has left me feeling a little shell-shocked.

I’m trying to give myself a little grace while walking through all of this.

I’ll be rescheduling Wednesday through the weekend as I head back to Alberta for another funeral.

I’ve been debating this post for many days now, but then I remember that you trust me with your hearts when you’re on my table, so it’s probably okay for me to trust you with mine, too.

Thank you for giving me the space to be human. To grieve. To breathe. To feel.

When I asked my auntie for my something borrowed, it happened to be a locket that held both their photos. I’ll treasure this picture forever now. 🪽

Here’s a breakdown of all the things I offer 🥰

I also have a 90 minute Vibrant+ facial which begins with meditation and EFT tapping, as well as a 2 hour appt that has Lymphatic Drainage, sculpting facial and microcurrent. It’s amazzzzzing. 😍

It’s held so many versions of me. The girl chasing a dream, the woman learning to trust herself, the grief of losing both of my grandmothers, and the moments where I had to find my way back to myself.

Yesterday I came back to the studio after 2 weeks away, and i took the biggest exhale. An extension of my home. Feels good to be back. And I hope it always feels that way to you, too.

So grateful for this little space that has somehow held so much of my life in only 6 months. 🤍

Hydrojelly masks are the best!!

As the Hydrojelly solidifies, it creates a vacuum seal that pushes all the beneficial ingredients into the skin pores. Once the mask solidifies it is peeled right off leaving your skin glowinggggg.

Can be used over the eyes and lips too.

Wild Roses year 4 🌸

Each year I attend, I land a little deeper into my body and my soul.

My first year I attended, I presented alongside my soul sis Kassandra | Self-Reclamation Coach for Women on Mother Wounds which cracked me wide open. I soaked in every experience possible and took me weeks to recover.

My second year is where I met Lisa Rae ~ sacred space holder for an Akashic record reading which guided me to take my Facial Sculpting course which changed the trajectory of my career 🤌

Year three we were deep in the throes of trying to find “home” directly after WRF we decided to make the move back to Invermere for the second time. Terrified to make a mistake yet knowing the mountains were calling. My foundation incredibly unstable walking away from a thriving business, family and friends. Surprise, best thing ever when you listen to the call ✨

Year 4 🌸 This year felt light, expansive, full of opportunity. I cried during meditations with where I want to take my marriage, my business, my friendships. I let go of a few fears holding me back, I danced all night, asked and took for what I needed, and reconnected with my besties.

I just wanted to give an update on my summer hours, I’ll be reducing my time to M/T/W evening 6-9:30pm, and the odd Friday, and occasional Saturday.

I’ll be soaking up the sun with my kiddos and if I have random childcare I’ll do pop open my schedule with a few days notice so just be sure to check my stories if you’re looking for availability and I’d recommend prebooking as my schedule is dropping by more than 50% ☺️
