Transcending mind, body, and soul, through the most powerful healling energy....TOUCH I am committed to treating the person as a whole: the body, mind and soul.
I really like to see the change in a person once the accumulated tension or pain they came in with has lessened or even disappeared because of my treatment. The satisfaction I experience in helping someone achieve relief like that is very rewarding. It makes me feel connected to my patients and I want to help them again and again. I have helped many patients understand the benefits of regular, sch

I may have found my spirit animal. 🐢😂
No panic.
No hurry.
Just determined to get where it was going.
I spotted this snapper crossing the road up north last weekend, completely unbothered by anyone else’s timeline. There’s probably a lesson in that.
With a rainy start to the weekend and sunshine on the way, here’s hoping we all find a reason to slow down and enjoy it.
Happy weekend, friends. 💚
🔊 Sound on... trust me. 🌿
How’s your August starting out?
Mine started with two days completely offline.
Just a kayak, a tent, a campfire, the haunting call of loons, and not a single notification asking for my attention.
I came home with a full heart, tired muscles, and a much happier nervous system.
As beautiful as weekends away are, they aren’t always possible. Work, family, schedules... life has a way of filling every spare moment.
That’s why I believe we need to find little ways to reset before we reach empty.
Whether it’s paddling across a quiet lake, sitting with your morning coffee, taking a walk, or spending an hour on the massage table, your body and mind deserve moments to slow down.
So... tell me...
How are you filling your cup this August? 💚☀️🛶🏕️🥾

☀️ Halfway through summer already?! ☀️
Between the sunshine, sunscreen, maybe a sunburn or two, swimming, sweat, sand and bug spray, our skin has been working overtime!
So, as we head into the second half of summer, consider this your friendly reminder to give your skin a little extra love.
Take an extra 30 mins in the shower this weekend to:
✨ Gently exfoliate to slough away those dead skin cells and help smooth and refresh your skin.
✨ Moisturize to replenish hydration after all that time in the sun, water and outdoors.
✨ Keep up with your sunscreen and remember to reapply, especially after swimming or sweating.
✨ And don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Your skin will thank you!
This little mid-summer reset can leave your skin feeling fresh, smooth and ready to enjoy the rest of the season. 🌿☀️
Summer isn’t over yet... there’s still plenty of sunshine, adventures and bare skin ahead! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The privilege of experiencing moments like this is never lost on me.
Feeling the sun on my face.
Listening to the water.
Moving my body.
Remembering how fortunate I am to experience moments like these. So grateful.

A little untamed.
Wonderfully imperfect.
Resilient enough to weather the elements of summer, yet delicate enough to remind us that beauty doesn’t have to be carefully arranged.
Maybe that’s why they feel so familiar? Aren’t we a little like the wildflowers of summer?
Who else has a love for the wildflowers of summer?

This morning began with yoga surrounded by the calming scent of lavender, the buzz of honeybees, the birds, and the quiet that only an early summer morning can bring.
It was a gentle reminder that taking care of ourselves doesn’t always have to be grand. Sometimes it’s simply slowing down, taking a deep breath, stretching a little, and being present.
As a massage therapist, I often encourage my clients to make time for their well-being, but today I was reminded that I need those moments too.
Whether it’s a walk in nature, time on the water, a yoga class, or booking that massage you’ve been putting off, find something that helps you reconnect with yourself.
Your body carries you through every season of life. It deserves a little care in return. 💜 🐝
Wishing you a peaceful weekend!

Summer has a way of keeping us moving.
Long days in the garden. Weekends at the cottage. Sleeping on an unfamiliar mattress. Paddleboarding, Dragon Boat Racing, Kayaking, Pickleball, Golf, Hiking, Long bike rides. Chasing the kids or grandkids around.
Then your body starts talking...
Your neck is stiff.
Your shoulders are tight.
Your low back is reminding you that maybe sleeping on that air mattress wasn’t your best idea.
Your hips are wondering why you thought paddleboarding for three hours was a good plan.
The best part of summer is making memories, not collecting aches and pains.
Massage therapy can help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and keep you doing the activities you love all season long.
Whatever your summer adventure looks like, don’t let soreness keep you on the sidelines.
