Hi folks, I do silicone cupping because it is much more gentle than fire cupping which means you will not bruise and I am able to glide the cups over the entire muscle or group of muscles unlike fire cupping which creates very ugly bruising for days and is more of a stationary technique and there for won't cover as much ground as the silicone cups can! Both have their benefits but if you are looking to increase circulation and improve injury recovery time to superficial muscles and myofascia without ugly bruising that lasts for days, silicone cupping with me is the way to go!
