I’ve been quiet for a while.
Not because I had nothing to say — but because life asked me to look up instead of down.
The last couple of years brought internal shifts, discomfort, growth, loss, and learning how to be more present in my actual life instead of constantly documenting it.
At one point, living through a screen stopped feeling aligned for me. The pressure to always share, engage, and consume became draining in ways I couldn’t ignore anymore.
As I became a Pilates instructor, I started noticing the contradiction of teaching presence and alignment while spending hours looking down at a screen.
And somewhere along the way, I became aware of the lie that if you give enough of yourself to these platforms, it will all be returned to you.
I also realized I’m not driven by what social media rewards. Likes, constant visibility, or feeling like I owe endless access to my life stopped feeling important.
What became important were my relationships, the people and little souls I hold close, and making more eye contact than screen time.
I learned some of life’s most important moments happen quietly — through loss, healing, and the relationships we nurture when no one is watching.
So I got quieter.
I protected my peace.
I focused on growth that didn’t need an audience.
Oversharing isn’t the goal for me anymore.
Neither is constantly being online.
I want to live with my eyes forward, not always down. I want what I share to come from presence, intention, and real experiences — not pressure.
If you’re still here, thank you.
I can’t promise perfection or constant consistency, but I can promise honesty.
This chapter will be different.
And I think that’s a good thing.
