The lash industry is evolving FAST!!
UV/LED lashes are becoming one of the most talked about services in the beauty world right now ⬇️
More lash artists are starting to realize that retention isn’t just about adhesive anymore — it’s about technique, environment, curing, client comfort, and overall lash health. That’s why UV/LED systems are gaining so much attention lately 👀
Clients are loving:
✨ better retention
✨ less stickies
✨ faster curing
✨ cleaner application
✨ more flexibility with humidity + temperature changes
And artists are loving how much smoother their sets are becoming once they learn how to properly work with the system!
But like anything in this industry… not every UV setup is created equal. Proper education matters. Safety matters. Technique matters. Knowing how to use the system correctly is what makes the biggest difference.
That’s why I’m so proud to saw we offer a FREE UV lash course for artists wanting to learn more about this new wave of lashing 🤍
Whether you’re UV-curious, wanting to improve retention, or just trying to stay ahead in the industry, this is such a good opportunity to start learning without the pressure.
The beauty industry is always changing and the artists willing to grow with it are the ones that stay ahead ✨

Your clients will thank you for learning these two hacks ⬇️
Two small aftercare steps we’ve added into our appointments — inspired by techniques used by optometrists — have made SUCH a difference in our clients’ comfort, retention, and overall experience.
Less irritation. Fresher feeling eyes. Happier clients that keep coming back 🤍
Most lash artists are taught lashes… but not the science behind eye health during and after the service. That’s exactly why we created our education alongside optometrists specifically for lash artists.
We’re changing the standard of lash education one healthy set of eyes at a time ✨

If you’re not taping back the top layer mid-appointment, you’re probably missing lashes 👀✨
Taping back the lashes during a lash set helps expose the hidden underside layers that naturally sit underneath the top line. Without doing this, it’s easy to leave gaps, create uneven density, or stick extensions only to the visible surface lashes.
Why it matters:
• Better coverage + fuller sets
• Cleaner lash direction
• Easier isolation
• Improved retention
• Gives that dark, fluffy lash line clients LOVE
Most clients have 2–5 layers of natural lashes, not just one. If you only lash what you can immediately see, you’re leaving a huge part of the set untouched 🤍
Underside lashes = the secret to a seamless set ✨
Do you tape back mid-appointment to reach those hidden layers? 👀 Let me know in the comments what your layering technique is!
