Oohhhhh Folk Fest. I didn’t know you could get any better but somehow you do.. probably cause these friendships only deepen, love expands and new life is on the way! I am so damn blessed not to be stressed and to be out here frolicking in rivers, dilly dallying, barefoot dancing, sun stretching, charcuterie feasting, birthday celebrating and crying cause YEA! Life really can be worth crying over 🥰 What a time to be alive!!!

They hold a spirit just like we do. Spirit runs through everything. Or you can think of it as energy. A very pure and divine infinite energy. The mountains, the rivers, the trees, the plants, the animals, the sky, us. We are all connected. We are all one and the same. Our spirit has been around long before our body has. Being with these rooted giants brought me into a deeper remembering. Earth is ancient and so is the spirit that runs through us. What a blessing it is to be here, inhabiting this body at this time and to carry this soul, that is equally as divine as all other life on earth and beyond!! It’s our duty to love, to serve others and to tend and care for the Earth. When we can all meet here, the world will know peace.
