This one is heavy, but so powerful. Frankl was a psychiatrist who survived four N**i concentration camps, including Auschwitz, and this book is both his memoir of that experience and his theory on why some people find the strength to keep going through unimaginable suffering while others don't.

His answer? Meaning. Not pleasure, not power, but purpose. Even in the darkest circumstances, he found that those who held onto a reason to live, whether it was love, work, or hope, were the ones who endured.

Melissa came in yesterday for a brand new set of extensions AND a VIP membership renewal!

I have been doing Melissa's extensions consistently since 2020, back when I was still in my tape-in extension era. We go WAY back 😄
It's always such a fun time when Melissa comes in, good hair and even better conversation.

Yesterday we did 120 grams of new extensions in 1 row, blended across 4 different shades of blonde, and renewed her VIP membership for another full year 🙌

Okay so remember when I asked you guys last week if I should do a picture wall with a collage of photos? 📸 You said YES, loud and clear (and thank you to everyone who voted for picture #2, you won!) 🙌

So I got to work! Had the pictures printed 🖨️, picked out some gorgeous frames 🖼️, grabbed everything from the print shop yesterday, and got them all framed up last night ✨

Now I just need someone to actually mount them on the wall by the shampoo area 😅🔨 (hanging pictures is apparently not my specialty lol)

I am SO excited, I could not wait to share this with you all 💛

Birthday hair for the birthday girl! 🎂💇‍♀️

Heather wanted a fresh new look to ring in her birthday, and I was SO happy to be part of it. She found me through my website inquiry form, and we hit the ground running with a phone consultation, some hair pics texted back and forth, and a game plan for exactly what she wanted.

I walked her through both the VIP membership and pay-as-you-go options, and she decided pay-as-you-go was the right fit for her right now, which is totally fine by me! Whatever works best for you is what works best for me.

She came in on her actual birthday and we got to work. Retouched her color, installed 2 full rows of my signature EXTENSIONISTA WEAVE, and the end result was stunning if I do say so myself 😍

But honestly, the hair wasn't even the best part. We talked and laughed the entire appointment, and it just felt like time flew by.

She's already prebooked her maintenance for October AND left the sweetest review on my website.

It's about Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the idea that relationship conflict usually isn't about the dishes or money, it's about attachment and fear of disconnection.

Through "Seven Conversations," she teaches couples to spot their negative cycles ("Demon Dialogues" like pursue-withdraw), voice the vulnerable emotions under the anger, and rebuild trust and closeness.

Her big idea: adult love runs on the same wiring as infant attachment, we just need to know our partner will respond when we reach out. 💛
