Recovery Update :

I wanted to give everyone a little update since so many of you have been checking in on me🥰
Recovery is continuing to move in the right direction, but it's definitely slower than I ever imagined. The biggest thing I've learned is that progress is measured in weeks, not days.
I'm able to do much more around the house now, as long as I keep things slow and take breaks when I need them. Unfortunately, my heart still isn't tolerating increases in activity very well. Even a brisk walk can bring on symptoms, and it's made me realize just how physically demanding my job really is.
I have another follow-up with my cardiologist this Friday, and I'm hoping to get more guidance on the next steps and when it will be safe to start thinking about returning to work.
I know many of you are waiting to book appointments, and I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and all of the messages, flowers, books, meals, and well wishes you've sent over the past several weeks. They have meant more to me than you'll ever know.
I miss my clients, I miss my work, and I can't wait for the day I can safely welcome you all back. ❤️ As soon as I have a better idea of a return-to-work timeline, I'll be sure to update everyone. Thank you all for continuing to cheer me on during my recovery. 💕

I had follow-up testing yesterday, and thankfully my heart doesn't appear to have any damage. However, I still have inflammation that needs more time to heal. I have another follow-up appointment with my doctor in two weeks and will continue following their recommendations. I will be in touch as soon as I am well enough to return to work. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. ❤️

Just a little recovery update. ❤️
At this time, I am still off work and continuing to focus on my recovery. While I'm making progress, I've learned that I still need more time before I can safely return to seeing clients.
I'm hopeful that I'll be able to begin a gradual return to work in approximately 2–4 weeks, but I'll continue to take things one step at a time and will keep everyone updated as my recovery continues.
Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and the many kind messages, check-ins, and well wishes. Your support has truly meant so much to me, and I can't wait to be back when my body is ready. 💕

Hi everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I have temporarily turned off online booking while I recover from a recent illness.
What started as a viral illness turned into a hospital stay, and although I am thankfully improving, recovery is taking longer than I expected. Right now my focus needs to be on rest and healing so that I can return healthy and able to provide the level of care my clients deserve.
I know some of you have been trying to book appointments, and I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. I will continue to update everyone and will reopen online booking as soon as I am ready to return.
