First time doing a hot & cold plunge 🥵❄️

Wow… what an experience! And honestly, it reminded me just how incredibly powerful the mind is.

Getting into that cold plunge, every part of me was screaming “GET OUT!” 😂 But I made myself breathe, stay calm and remind myself that I was capable of doing it.

It wasn’t really about the cold… it was about mind over matter.

Sometimes the biggest thing holding us back isn’t our body — it’s the story our mind tells us about what we can’t do.

Today was a little reminder to challenge myself, get uncomfortable and realise that I’m capable of more than I think. 💪🏼
