She came in shattered.. her curls had been ruined (hanging on by a thread) from previous over processing of lightener.. her ends were fried, there were multiple tones… etc

and now… she’s thrilled 💜♥️

We’re opening up an opportunity at boss. and we’d love to hear from hairdressers who are looking for a little more freedom, flexibility and independence in their working life.

We’re a small, established salon in Williamstown with a relaxed, quiet atmosphere, six stations and two basins.

We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a chair — we’re looking for the right person to become part of our salon environment.

We’re open to discussing different arrangements, including:

🤍 Independent contractor
🤍 Chair rental
🤍 Part-time / flexible arrangements

This could suit someone who:

✂️ Already has an established clientele and wants a beautiful, professional space to work from

✂️ Has their own clientele but is currently working from home and would love to move into a salon environment

✂️ Is looking to build their clientele while having the support and atmosphere of an established salon

✂️ Wants the freedom of being their own boss without the huge overheads of running an entire salon

✂️ Is looking for a quieter, more personal salon rather than a busy, high-volume environment

One of the biggest advantages of our salon is low overheads and a very competitive chair rental arrangement, making it a great opportunity for someone wanting to maximise what they earn from their business.

We have a lovely, established clientele and there is also potential to service some of our existing clients where it’s the right fit.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly, reliable and genuinely passionate about hair.

Grey blending!

This was the first time I had the privilege of doing Anne’s hair… she came in not liking the amount of brass she always got elsewhere, and wanted to embrace the roots, greys included!

The thought of grey blending can be daunting for a client, the worry can be that they will look so much older…. But grey blending can be as subtle or as obvious as you like and it really is a customised service. In Anne’s case, she was beyond thrilled with the colour, noticing the significant clarity in her skin tone and how much her gorgeous blue eyes popped once that brass was out!

Just a little update from us ✨

The salon will be open most of this week as normal, however we’ll be closed Friday May 15.

Also — I (Brooke) will be out of the salon from May 14–20 because… I BOUGHT A HOUSE 🏡🎉🍾

Over that week I may be a little slower replying to texts and calls than usual, so thank you in advance for your patience while I survive the moving chaos 😅
