At Australian Skin Clinics Karingal, we're committed to providing every client with a professional, safe, and seamless experience. To help us deliver the highest standard of care, we kindly ask that all clients familiarise themselves with our clinic policies.

📅 **Appointments & Cancellations**
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated late arrivals may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit or prepaid treatment.

⏰ **Please Arrive on Time**
We recommend arriving a few minutes early, especially if you have paperwork to complete. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. If you're running late, please call the clinic as soon as possible.

💳 **Deposits for Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments**
A deposit is required to secure cosmetic aesthetic appointments. Deposits are applied to your treatment on the day of your appointment and are subject to our cancellation policy.

👶 **Children in the Clinic**
For the safety of all clients and to ensure a relaxing treatment environment, we ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are receiving treatment themselves and are supervised by another responsible adult. Some treatments and clinical areas are not suitable or safe for young children.

📱 **Appointment Reminders**
Courtesy reminder SMS messages are sent prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. As reminders are a courtesy service, it remains the client's responsibility to remember and attend their scheduled appointment.
