*If you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible, so I can rebook your appointment. If I cannot fill your spot your booking fee will be kept or a fee will be added to your next booking.

✂️* 🄷🄴🄰🄳 🄻🄸🄲🄴: Please check you & your child’s hair for lice & eggs before coming to an appointment. If ANY trace of head lice are found (dead or alive), an extra service fee will be charged! This is to cover my time to clean, sterilise & sanitise the salon & my equipment.

✂️ 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 & knot free hair would be much appreciated please! If you are unable to do this, please mention while booking your appointment! I can assist you with this & book out extra time required. If hair is very knotty, extra time fee will be charged.. If hair is too dirty to cut, I will charge for a hair wash!

💆🏻‍♀️For colour appointments, please wash your hair(2 x shampoos) the night before & don’t use conditioner on your ends. Use Marshmallow mousse instead.

✂️Policy for *New clients booking any chemical OR large services OR a consultation. I require a non-refundable booking fee of $50* to book an appointment/consult.
The appointment will not be secured until payment is received. If you have a consultation and don’t go ahead with booking a service, this is kept as a consultation fee. If you go ahead with a booking, the fee will transfer over to a booking fee for that service booked & then be taken off your $$ total of services on the day.
*If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment & I’m unable to fill the spot in time, your fee is kept to cover any loss of income to myself & my family.
**If you canceled with sufficient time for me to reschedule another client in your spot, you fee will be kept as a salon credit for you to use as you please.

➡️Please arrive 5-10mins prior to your appointment. Late fee will be applied to repeat offenders..

📣Please wear clothes that are NOT expensive or NEW to a chemical service! I take NO responsibility for colour damage to your items…
