Our wonderful Remedial Massage Therapist, Isabella, is swapping the treatment room for a European adventure!
Isabella will be out of the clinic from 31 August to 4 October, returning 5 October.
We hope she has an amazing holiday filled with new places, great food, plenty of adventures and some very well-earned time to relax. Safe travels, Isabella! ❤️

Cupping therapy is now available with Isabella at Lakelands Chiro.

Cupping is a soft tissue technique that uses gentle suction on the skin to help lift and release tight muscles and connective tissue. It can be added to your remedial massage appointment where suitable.

Cupping may help with muscle tension, stiffness, restricted movement, and general muscle recovery support.

You may notice circular marks after treatment. These are common, temporary, and usually fade over a few days.
