Tahlea also won 1st place for DMK Transformation of the Year in the “Skin Health Journey” category, as well as taking home 3rd place in the Reactive Skin and Pigmentation categories.

Part-Time Receptionist 15-20hrs per week | Saturday mornings essential

What we’re looking for:
✨ Previous reception experience - beauty, hair or spa environment is preferred
✨ Confident creating, recording & editing social media content (previous social media/marketing experience advantageous)
✨ Has excellent communication, organisational & multitasking skills
✨ Confident with Mac/computer systems & administration tasks
✨Attention to detail and discretion
✨A genuine passion for skincare and creating an exceptional client experience

About the role:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will deliver exceptional customer service, creating an elevated client experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, attentive and professional.

Your key responsibilities will include managing client bookings, responding to phone, email and in-clinic enquiries, assisting with social media content and supporting clients with product selection and skincare recommendations when needed.

Working closely with our team of therapists, you will also assist with preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything behind the scenes is organised and running smoothly.
