HAPI Bone Broth was founded in late 2016, and has been producing the region's highest quality bone broth ever since.
At HAPI our recipe for making broth is simple; we focus on the details that matter. We use the highest quality organic and grass-fed bones, as well as fresh vegetables, herbs, and fragrant spices to compliment each broth. The cooking process takes up to 48 hours from start to finish. Simmering the bones gives our broth its delicious soothing flavour, and allows us extract as much of the nutrients
How do you store your HAPI Bone Broth? 🥣
A little prep when your broth arrives means you can have it ready whenever you need it.
Keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze it for up to 60 days.
If you mostly cook with broth, freeze it in ice cube trays. Each cube is around 30ml, so you can easily add a few to soups, stews and sauces. 8 cubes makes roughly one cup.
Prefer a daily cup? Portion it into 250ml servings and freeze individually.
Whatever works for you, portion it once and you’ll have broth ready to go with nothing wasted.
