CANCER didn’t take her SMILE. It didn’t take her HOPE. And it didn’t take her determination.
Meet Patricia Franco Becker.
She is 68 years old and an Aging Evolution charter member.
Just six months ago, Patricia finished chemotherapy after a long battle with cancer.

THIS WEDNESDAY, she returns for another scan, praying for the words every survivor longs to hear…

“No evidence of recurrence.”

Today, she’s feeling stronger.
Her energy is returning.
She’s back doing yoga and Pilates.
And she’s choosing hope over fear.

These two photos weren’t taken to show vanity.

They were taken to show what’s possible when someone refuses to let life’s hardest battle define who they are.

❤️ Before her procedure this week, let’s fill this page with encouragement.

PLEASE leave Patricia a message of hope, strength, and prayer. We know she’ll read every one of them.

90 with this AMAZING strength!

405lbs for 3 repetition in a dead lift is something that most people will never be able to do in a lifetime.
However, seeing a 90 year-old man perform such a feat is exactly what Aging Evolution loves to highlight for our community. Honestly, nothing is impossible as we get older, as our community continues to show the world, IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO BE GREAT!

49 year old Shakira WOWS at FIFA finals.

Performances and events like this only occur here in the United States once in a lifetime. Aging Evolution wants to recognize this fantastic event and all the visitors from all over the world that got to see our country at its best. Shakira is a true phenomenon. Her moves and dancing completely belies a woman that is almost 50. Thank you for that Performance for America to see and thank you for proving again that nearing 50 is no longer old at all and anything is possible.

One of the biggest myths in America…
“Once you reach your 70s or 80s, muscle loss is inevitable.”
These men disagree.
One is 80.
One is 83.
Neither of them are trying to become bodybuilders, just staying active, still weight training, and even trying to build!!
They’re simply refusing to surrender to age.
Strength…
Mobility…
Independence…
Confidence…
These don’t have an expiration date.
You may not look exactly like these gentlemen—and that’s okay.
But every one of us can become stronger than we are today.
Age isn’t the limitation. Quitting usually is. Question for everyone over 60…
What age are you…and are you still lifting weights?
👇 We’d love to hear your story.

WOW! JUST WOW!!
Rick Springfield is 76, turning 77 in less than a month, is fit and still touring with incredible energy currently.
What’s one thing you think has helped him stay so youthful? Fitness? Genetics? Mindset? Diet? Something else?
Please leave your thoughts in our comments, as we all continue to try and learn to live our healthiest, happiest, and most productive lives as we get older.
Great work, Rick! You certainly do inspire our community like few others.

At 60 years old, Alejandra Rodriguez made history by winning a regional Miss Universe title.

She’s also a lawyer and journalist.

Stories like this remind us that age doesn’t decide what’s possible…our choices do.

At Aging Evolution we believe it’s NEVER too late to chase a dream, start over, get healthier, or surprise yourself.

What’s one goal you’ve put off because you thought you were “too old?”

We’d love to hear it in the comments.

82 years old… and still working and inspiring people every single day.

Some of you may know Iris Davis—an 82-year-old trainer, World Champion pull-up competitor, and one of the most inspiring women you’ll ever meet.

In this short video, Iris is training alongside a longtime 42 year old gym friend she’s worked out with for years and has helped with posing and building his physique. Their friendship is proof that fitness brings people together across generations.
Iris has been part of the Aging Evolution family for years and is featured in both of our documentaries because she reminds us that strength isn’t measured by age—it’s measured by your willingness to keep showing up.
At 82, she’s still lifting, still encouraging others, and still proving that an active life has no expiration date.

If you could ask Iris one question about staying healthy and strong into your 80s, what would it be?

👇 Leave your question in the comments.
Because at Aging Evolution, we believe…
It’s Never Too Late to Be Great.

Is your body really determined by your genetics… or by your choices?

This remarkable series of photos from actor Christian Bale challenges what many people believe about the human body.

While these dramatic changes were made for Hollywood and aren’t something most people should try to copy, they do prove one important point:

Your body is capable of far more change than most people believe.

Too many people say…

“I have the fat gene.”
“My metabolism is broken.”
“I’m just built this way.”

Genetics certainly influence us—but they don’t write the entire story.

Consistent training, better nutrition, quality sleep, and healthy habits can change your body at almost any age.

What’s the biggest physical change you’ve ever made in your own life?

We’d love to hear your story Aging Evolution community. Please leave it in the comments.

70 years old. Six weeks from the IFBB Pro World Championships.

Most people believe turning 70 means SLOWING DOWN!!

Steve Taylor decided it meant chasing a world championship.

This photo was taken yesterday—with six weeks still to go before stepping on one of the biggest stages in fitness and bodybuilding. He’s not trying to prove that everyone should compete. He’s proving that age doesn’t have to decide what you’re capable of.
His incredible journey—every workout, every sacrifice, every setback, and every victory—is one of the featured stories in Aging Evolution 2, coming this January if all goes as planned.

Here’s the question…
When you look at this photo, what age would you honestly guess Steve is?

And do you believe people can still build an impressive physique after 60…or even after 70?
