Summer reminder ☀️
Don’t forget — VelaShape Body Sculpt is now available at The Sculpt Lab Massage Lounge.
This is my little “magic machine” for body contour, lymphatic drainage, smoother-looking skin, collagen support, and a lighter body feel.
What makes it even better: I combine the device with manual sculpting massage, so it’s not just a machine treatment — it’s customized bodywork based on your tissue, puffiness, texture, and goals.
And as always, I add a lot of body analysis to every session. I explain what may be happening in your body, where the puffiness or tissue restrictions may be coming from, and what you can do at home to support your results — simple exercises, self-massage, movement habits, and body-care tips.
Great for thighs, abdomen, flanks, arms, buttocks, lower back, and legs that feel heavy or swollen.
If you want your skin to feel smoother, more toned, and more alive this summer — come try it. I think you’ll love it ✨

When I work with the face, I don’t look at the face as something separate from the body 🤍
The face is connected to the skull, neck, scalp, jaw, shoulders, posture, breathing patterns, and the way we hold tension every day.
That’s why my facial sculpting work often includes the neck, upper chest, shoulders, scalp, jaw, and cranial structures — because the face does not “float” by itself.
Puffiness, heaviness in the lower face, jaw tension, facial asymmetry, tired eyes, or a shortened neck often have a deeper story behind them.
The skull gives the face its foundation. The soft tissue follows that structure. The neck and shoulders influence how the face drains, holds tension, and ages.
So when I say “facial sculpting,” I don’t mean superficial skin work.
In many ways, I treat it like deep tissue work for the face — slow, intentional, detailed, and connected to the whole upper body structure.
I don’t sculpt bones, of course. But I work with the soft tissues in relationship to the bone structure underneath — because that foundation matters.
The face is a system. And that’s exactly how I work with it 🤲

Sometimes my massage sessions turn into little face education sessions — and I love that 🤍
Because every face is unique.
A professional facial sculpting massage can do a lot, but sometimes my hands are not enough if a client doesn’t understand what is happening with their own face between sessions.

Where does the puffiness come from?
Why is one side more tense?
Why does the jaw feel heavy?
Why does the neck affect the face?
What can you safely do at home to support the result?

That’s why I often teach my clients simple self-massage techniques, facial awareness, posture connection, and small home practices during their regular massage session ✨
We usually stand together in front of the mirror, and I show you exactly what to do on your own face — with your own hands.
This is not about replacing professional work.
It’s about helping you understand your face better and support your results between sessions.
If you would like to learn during your appointment, you can book any facial sculpting session and simply let me know ahead of time that you want part of the session to include self-care education 🤲

And soon, I’m planning to create small self-care courses so you can continue learning facial massage, simple exercises, and face awareness at home.
Your face is not random.
It has patterns, habits, tension, posture connections, and its own story.
And when you understand it better, you can take care of it better 🤍

✨ Big Announcement ✨
The Sculpt Lab Academy is officially opening its next chapter.
For years, I have been teaching hands-on facial sculpting and massage techniques in person — and now I’m finally bringing this education into a more structured Academy format with both online theory preparation + in-person hands-on training.
This is for licensed massage therapists, estheticians, cosmetologists, and beauty/bodywork professionals who want to expand their skills into advanced facial work, facial sculpting, and buccal massage.
At The Sculpt Lab Academy, my goal is not just to teach “massage movements.”
I teach you how to understand the face, read tissue response, develop confident hands, and work with facial structures in a thoughtful, anatomy-informed way.

🖐️ Upcoming Trainings:
🌿 Facial Sculpting Foundations
Sunday, June 28, 2026
One-day in-person training
Online materials open: June 21
Investment: $495

This program is perfect if you want to begin offering facial sculpting services with more confidence.
We will cover facial anatomy basics, tissue awareness, lymphatic + sculpting techniques, pressure control, safety, contraindications, and a complete 60-minute facial sculpting protocol.

✨ Advanced Buccal & Facial Sculpting Training
July 17–19, 2026
3-day in-person training
Investment: $1,495

This advanced training is for professionals ready to go deeper into buccal massage, TMJ and tension patterns, facial asymmetry, tissue-based assessment, advanced sculpting techniques, model practice, and premium service positioning.
Both trainings are small-group, hands-on, and designed for real professional practice — with direct correction, guided practice, and online theory preparation before class.
If you are ready to add a premium facial specialty to your practice, reduce strain from repetitive bodywork, and build more confident, educated hands — this training was created for you.

Hi friends! 💛
Today’s post is not massage-related — because tomorrow we’re hosting something really fun for kids in the same building where I work.

My daughter is an art teacher, and she’s running a FREE Kids Art/Craft class tomorrow (Saturday) at 12:00 PM for ages 6–11.
⏰ Length: 1.5 hours
🎨 Kids will make a project and take it home
📸 Important: this is a filmed/photographed class for social media, so participation is only possible with signed waivers, including a photo/video + social media release.

We have just a couple spots left. To book, use the link temporarily pinned in my bio.

If it’s easier, DM me “FREE CLASS” and I’ll send you the link right away.
