One of my favorite tricks for longer lasting volume is using volumizing powder at the roots instead of adding more hairspray after unpinning. It gives the hair grip, lift, and helps the style hold without feeling stiff.

Our final day in Ciudad de México. 🇲🇽✨

I hope you don’t mind me sharing a little bit of my life outside of hair and makeup. While this is my business page, I also love bringing you along on the experiences that fill my cup.

We started our morning with breakfast at Don Juan in La Condesa. We were hoping to get their birria en caldo, but it’s only served on weekends, so we went with the tacos instead and they were absolutely worth it. If you love clean, flavorful meat without all the extra grease, I highly recommend this spot.

From there, we visited the breathtaking Biblioteca Biblioteca Vasconcelos Then we made our way to Palacio de Bellas Artes where my husband had his boots shined right on the sidewalk.

We took one last Uber to Bosque de Chapultepec to pick up a few souvenirs, and ended our trip with pizza at Boogie’s Pizza in La Condesa.

What a beautiful way to wrap up an unforgettable week celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday.
