This book is more than a collection of stories—it’s a testimony to God’s faithfulness through every season of life. Fifty-one Christian women from across the United States have come together to share how they have encountered God’s presence through times of joy, sorrow, waiting, healing, growth, and hope. My prayer is that as you listen to these testimonies, you’ll be encouraged to recognize that the same faithful God is walking with you through your own season.

I’m especially grateful to Robin Liebe, who is graciously hosting this Book Launch Event at Maple Moose Coffee & Pop Shop. Robin is also one of the featured contributors to See Him in Every Season, and I know you’ll be blessed by her heart and testimony.

What a beautiful afternoon we shared at our See Him in Every Season book launch at Libby Assembly of God in Libby, Montana.

A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer Lindgren, one of our treasured contributors, for hosting this special gathering and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Jennifer and her team thoughtfully prepared every detail, making it the perfect setting for women to gather, connect, and reflect on God’s faithfulness through every season of life.

The heart behind See Him in Every Season is simple yet profound: God sees us. In every joy and every sorrow, every triumph and every trial, every beginning and every ending, we are never overlooked by Him. The book was born from a desire to help people recognize His presence in their everyday lives and to discover that if we are attentive, we can see His fingerprints all around us—in ordinary moments, unexpected blessings, and even difficult seasons.

One of the most beautiful moments of the afternoon was watching women gathered around tables, holding hands and praying for one another. The presence of God was tangible. El Roi—the God who sees—was among us. His goodness, grace, and love were reflected in every woman present and evident on every face.

As testimonies were shared and hearts were encouraged, we were reminded once again that every season has purpose, every story matters, and God is faithfully at work in each of our lives.

To God be all the glory for what He has done, what He is doing, and what He has yet to do.

Thank you, Jennifer, for your beautiful contribution to this book and for including me in this wonderful celebration. It was an honor to gather with such remarkable women and celebrate the God who sees us and invites us to see Him in every season.

Another beautiful See Him in Every Season book launch took place this week as contributor Jackie Smith welcomed friends into her home for an afternoon filled with faith, fellowship, and heartfelt conversation.

Jackie and I first met at Richmond Graduate University while we were both pursuing our master’s degrees. Our hearts connected through our shared love for the Lord, and it has been a tremendous blessing to have her as one of the contributors to See Him in Every Season. Watching her open her home and share her story with others was a beautiful reminder of how God weaves lives together for His purposes

Thirteen ladies gathered together to celebrate God’s faithfulness and to share how they have seen His hand at work through the different seasons of their lives. Stories were shared, friendships were strengthened, and the room was filled with the kind of encouragement that comes when believers gather to reflect on the goodness of God.

One of the many meaningful conversations centered around the impact of the book and how the testimonies within its pages are helping others recognize God’s presence in their everyday lives. Questions were asked, books were signed, and hearts were touched as women connected over the shared journey of faith.

A particularly encouraging moment came when one guest, who leads a weekly small group through her church, purchased a copy to use as part of their discussions on living out faith in daily life. It is always a blessing to hear how these stories are finding their way into homes, small groups, and communities, inspiring others to look for God’s fingerprints in every season.

Thank you, Jackie, for opening your home, sharing your story, and creating such a warm and welcoming space for others. Gatherings like these remind us that every testimony matters, every season has purpose, and God is faithfully at work in every chapter of our lives.

Another fantastic See Him in Every Season book launch took place today in Woodbridge, Virginia!

Hosted by Lynna Roberts, the gathering brought together a wonderful group of friends, supporters, and special guests who came to celebrate this inspiring project and the stories it contains. Lynna shared a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness through life’s changing seasons, touching hearts deeply as she spoke. Tears were shed as guests listened to her moving story and reflected on God’s goodness in their own lives.

The room was filled with warmth, laughter, meaningful conversation, and heartfelt fellowship as friends gathered together to encourage one another and celebrate what God is doing through See Him in Every Season. It was a beautiful reminder that no matter what season we may be walking through, God remains faithful, present, and at work.

Thank you, Lynna, for opening your heart and bringing people together for such a special occasion. Every See Him in Every Season launch continues to remind us that our stories matter and that God can use them to encourage, strengthen, and inspire others.

As the evening unfolded, it became clear once again that when we share our stories of God’s faithfulness, lives are touched, hearts are encouraged, and hope is renewed.

Another beautiful See Him in Every Season book launch was held in Maryland, celebrating Rose Beall and her powerful contribution to the book.

What a phenomenal gathering of friends, church family, loved ones, and supporters who came together to honor Rose, her story, and the beautiful life of Elena Rose.

Rose shares a deeply moving chapter about losing her grandchild — held in her arms for only a moment, but forever held in her heart. In honor of Elena Rose, butterflies graced every cupcake, a tender and meaningful reminder of a brief but beautiful life that continues to touch hearts.

It was so beautiful to see such strong support surrounding Rose as people gathered to celebrate this special occasion. Already, lives are being impacted through her story.

Rose’s chapter is one you do not want to miss.

Sawubona. In the Zulu language… a greeting that means “I see you.”

What a powerful greeting.
To truly see another person.
To acknowledge their presence, their story, their humanity. As a South African I frequently heard it and used it to greet others.

Long before I understood the depth of this phrase, Scripture revealed another beautiful truth:

El Roi — “The God who sees me.”

He saw you in your yesterdays.
He sees you in your today.
And He is already waiting for you in your tomorrows.

So often we allow the pain of yesterday or the fear of tomorrow to steal the beauty of today. Yet right here, in this very moment, God is present. He is near. He is watching over every detail of your life with love and compassion.

Don’t let your yesterdays steal your tomorrows.

See Him today.

When you begin to look for Him in your present season, you will suddenly recognize that He was faithful in your yesterdays… and you will find peace knowing He is already holding your tomorrows.

Hindsight is often 20/20 vision.
When you stop and reflect, you may begin to recognize that He was with you all along — guiding, protecting, carrying, and loving you even in the moments you did not fully understand.

He is El Roi.
The God who sees you.

“Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in Your book were written all the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.”
