Come see me at the Ada Farmers' Market until about 10 or 11!

Here's the current plan for the Ada Farmers' Market for August:

August 1st: at the market
August 8th: family/rest/catch-up day
August 15th: at the market
August 22nd: at the market
August 29th: TBD

I need to catch up on making more candles, bath salts, soaps, and laundry soap, so I plan to try to do that in the next few weeks.

I made 7.5 pounds of coconut oil soap and shredded it a few days to get ready to make more laundry soap soon. I ended up with almost 4 gallons of soap shreds!!! 👌🏻 That should last me a little while! 😉

I plan to be at the Ada Farmers' Market tomorrow morning, probably around 8ish to 10:30 or 11. See you there!

I'm so excited! I got my new Bosch Universal Plus mixer to make my whole wheat sourdough breads, so I had to test it out with some rolls, made into sliders for supper! It worked great, and probably better than my Cuisinart stand mixer (similar to a KitchenAid tilt-head, but stronger motor for a decent bit less money). It had been struggling to knead two whole wheat sourdough sandwich loaves for 10 minutes without overheating, so it was time for an upgrade if I was going to continue this! 😅

Thank you to The Farmers Harvest (at The Beef Store) for having this mixer so I could buy local!!!

Unless something changes, here's the plan for the Ada Farmers' Market appearances this month:

* July 11 - present
* July 18 - checking out the Stratford Peach Festival
* July 25 - possibly present? 😅

I'm working on getting more things made, trying to prioritize, which is a struggle for me, but I'm making it! 🫣

This Saturday (6/13), I won't be at the Ada Farmers' Market. Francis, OK is having a town-wide garage sale and pancake breakfast (the latter to raise money for their fireworks show). I'll be there, having a garage sale on 4th Street! Hope to see y'all there, and hopefully be back at the market the next Saturday!
