📌 30% DOWNPAYMENT STRICTLY
To secure your slot, a 30% downpayment is required. Your booking is only confirmed once the downpayment is received. 💯

⏰ BE ON TIME — ESPECIALLY WALK-IN CLIENTS
Please come on time for your scheduled appointment. For walk-ins, kindly be considerate of the next client’s schedule as well. 💕

🚫 CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Please make sure you’re committed before booking. We reserve that specific time for you and may turn away other clients because your slot is already taken.
If you cancel, especially on short notice, a cancellation fee will be charged because it can result in a loss on our end.

For hair services, I purchase hair chemicals and products specifically according to each client’s needs. I don’t keep a large stock, kaya please make sure of your time, budget, and commitment before scheduling. 🙏
