Physical work ang massage. Paulit-ulit ginagamit ang kamay, hinlalaki, wrist, braso, balikat, likod at pati mga binti. Kapag sunod-sunod ang clients at kulang ang pahinga, puwedeng bumaba ang quality ng session at tumaas ang posibilidad ng overuse at fatigue.

Bilang spa owner, hindi lang dapat “Ilang client pa ang kaya?” ang tanong.

“Kaya pa ba niyang magbigay ng maayos at ligtas na service sa susunod na client?”

Kapag pagod na ang therapist, maaaring magbago ang pressure, technique at body mechanics. Minsan napipilitang puro kamay at lakas na lang ang gamitin dahil hirap nang kontrolin ang katawan.

Kaya mahalaga ang reasonable workload, sapat na pagitan ng sessions, hydration, pagkain at pahinga. Hindi kailangang pare-pareho ang maximum clients ng bawat therapist dahil magkakaiba ang session length, technique at physical capacity nila.

Tandaan: Ang therapist ay hindi makina.

Kapag inalagaan mo ang therapist mo, mas may pagkakataon kang mapanatili ang quality ng service, magandang client experience at mas sustainable na negosyo.
