Sometimes clients change their mind after they go home, and yes, that can happen kahit gaano pa kaganda ang gawa. 😅

But as nail techs, important talaga na clear ang consultation before the client leaves.
Shape, length, color, design, overall vibe… dapat napag usapan nang maayos para less chances ng “pwede po bang palitan tomorrow?” moment.

For me personally:

If buong set ang ipapa-remove and papalitan, I would still charge:
• Removal fee
• Full new set

If gel color change lang:
• I file off the gel color only
• Then charge gel polish removal + full gel polish application

At the end of the day, gumagamit pa rin tayo ng oras, products, electricity, and effort kahit “1 day old” pa yung nails.

Clear policies protect both the client and the nail tech. Professionalism goes both ways. 💅
