You’ve been blaming yourself not knowing it could be PCOS 😩💔

Some signs your body may be trying to tell you something:
• Irregular periods
• Excess facial hair
• Acne that won’t go away
• Weight gain, especially around the tummy
• Difficulty getting pregnant
• Hair thinning
• Dark patches around the neck/armpit
• Severe cramps or pelvic pain

PCOS shows differently in everyone, so don’t ignore the signs your body gives you. Early lifestyle changes and proper care can really help 🤍
