Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Windhoek. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers, provide product information and recommendations and ensure a welcoming, inclusive in-store experience aligned with Segura Emporium’s values. Daily tasks include handling sales transactions, managing inventory on the floor, restocking shelves and maintaining clean, visually appealing displays. The role also involves learning about brand stories and product benefits, answering customer questions and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, gather customer feedback and contribute to the overall growth of the store community.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and supportively with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess sales and retail skills, including point-of-sale operation, basic cash handling and experience working toward sales or performance targets.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening and the ability to explain product features and benefits.

Candidates should possess basic product knowledge skills or a willingness to learn about beauty, skincare, wellness and lingerie products to make informed recommendations. This includes conducting bra fittings.
Candidates should possess organizational skills, such as attention to detail, ability to manage stock on the floor and maintain tidy, appealing displays.
Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness or fashion is beneficial.
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans is required; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.

The academy will also provide support for homeschool learners, offering structured learning programs, progress tracking, assessments, and digital learning solutions. In addition, students will have access to computer literacy training, coding fundamentals, computer science support, and AI-focused educational programs aimed at preparing young Namibians for the future digital economy.
