I was invited to give a talk today on the ''Physiology of Breastfeeding" for the 'Training of Trainers" course at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya Health Department. It hits different when you are doing something that you love. Baby steps 👣✨❤️

I'm very honored to be invited to give a talk on 'Milk Supply' and 'Breast and Ni**le Concerns' for Kursus Penyusuan Susu Ibu 20 Jam, PKD Kepong at JKWPKL.

My first lecture presentation as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, LTCP accredited by Lactation Education Resources. I've aways been very passionate about breastfeeding and postnatal care for mother's. They deserve a lot more than we are doing. Trying my best to spread more awareness on the importance of breastfeeding.

8 years down the road, KKM has lost too many good doctors from this pic to the private sector. They are happier, more work life balance and a huge bank balance too!🤭 Regardless, each n every one of them were part of my housemansh journey. A good bunch I'd say! Happy 8th year anniversary of being doctors to us all!💕🫂

A trip to remember.
From getting so excited to being crushed in split seconds when Ash (my cat) went missing in Malaysia (day 3 of my vacation) and my flight wasn't in the next 6 days. It was an expensive, miserable, emotional rollercoaster. My mind was in a mess, heart was crushed, but was that trip totally a waste? Maybe not, but huge lesson learned. 2026 started off smooth with my family, then this trip was definitely a reminder that "Whatever that is meant for you will always come back to you". ''Kalau jodoh, tak ke mana"💕 Curious for whatever awaits next...

My goal: To make many mothers fall in love with breast feeding their babies and appreciate the essence of their 'Liquid Gold' ✨ Trying to keep up this passion of antenatal and postnatal care as much as I can despite drowning in this failed healthcare system.

Ps: The caricature depicts my love for maternal and child health. In fact, I assisted (my daughter in-law @ Ash''s wife) the mother to my kittens in her delivery and encouraged her to fully breast feed all 4 of her kittens for 4 whole months. That's when I realized my true passion ❤️
