With strong industry experience, Ms Shelly Chiau has contributed to Chin Hin Group’s growth since joining the Board in 2018.

Today, she continues to support the leadership of Executive Chairman, Datuk Wira Chiau Haw Choon, through enhanced responsibilities across the Group’s 5 listed entities.

As ONE Chin Hin moves forward, her role reflects the Group’s continued focus on integration, alignment, and long-term value creation.

A leadership milestone, 52 years in the making.

Effective 1 July 2026, Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik has transitioned from Chairman to Founder and Chairman Emeritus, continuing to guide the Group as strategic advisor.

Datuk Wira Chiau Haw Choon steps forward as Executive Chairman, carrying the family’s vision into the next phase of growth. Alongside him, Ms Shelly Chiau Yee Wern continues to play an important role in the Group’s next-generation leadership, bringing her experience across hospitality, sales, marketing, property development, and home & living.

Together, the next generation carries forward the foundation built over five decades.

𝘈 13-𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳-𝘖𝘭𝘥'𝘴 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮

At just 13 years old, Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik began working in his father's hardware shop in Alor Setar, Kedah.

After years of learning the trade, he founded PP Chin Hin Sdn Bhd in 1995. Under his leadership, Chin Hin Group expanded its presence across 12 countries and grew into a diversified builder conglomerate.

In recognition of his contributions to business and nation-building, he was conferred the title of Datuk Seri and serves as a Justice of the Peace (JP). In 2025, he was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Today, he continues to provide strategic guidance and leadership, helping shape the future of Chin Hin Group.
