The theme for this year's International Women's Day is and we are spotlighting four female Black Irish business owners to find out one way they the status quo with their business.

“Challenging and shaking up things can be very scary, especially as a minority group in a foreign country. But it is needed. We as Whipped have decided to take it upon ourselves to fill the gap in the market which we see regarding products for black Afro hair and black skin. We have seen that most of us minority groups aren’t well catered for in the beauty industry and leaves us feeling more vulnerable to the community. Whipped offers a body butter well suited for everyone, and we are currently working on hair products for women of colour! We plan on taking up space!” - Denga and Masindi, whipped2glow
