And world record holder Jess Hull is no exception. Jessica Hull has had an incredible summer, stacking podiums across numerous elite track events. Backing up all those wins are daily habits, routines, gratitude, sleep, and sunscreen (yes, SPF is in the daily quiver of winning habits).
