✨One of my favourite ways to end a treatment is with focused neck and scalp work. Tension in these areas can often contribute to headaches, jaw discomfort, and neck pain.

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift the tissue, helping to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. It can be especially helpful for tight, sore areas and improving mobility.

Those circular marks you might see after are completely normal — they’re not bruises, just a result of increased blood flow to the area, and they typically fade within a few days.
