3 changes I made that helped me heal my skin:
1. I stopped chasing trends and started using skincare that’s made for my skin TYPE! No random buys coz to be honest what works for me might not work for you the same.
2. I started wearing mineral sunscreens every day, even when I am inside the house and during winters! This is a game changer. Pro tip: if you struggle with dark spots and hyperpigmentation like me, use tinted mineral sunscreens!
3. I started eating clean, cutting down on sugar and drinking plenty of water. It’s super important to be careful of the stuff we put inside our body.
