Throat Punch Tins and Teas, located in Spruce Grove Alberta organically grows our own herbs. Designed to aid in the relief of Cold and Flu, Inflammation, Anxiety and Sleep. The list is long on what each individual herb can do. These Tea Blends can be used for so MUCH MORE find out how they will work for you. We grow herbs that are naturally packed with Antioxidants, Anti-inflammatory, Antifungal and Antimicrobial properties. Our products are only available based on the growing season. We are a self-sustaining company, meaning we only sell what we grow, use as much rainwater as possible, and use our own compost. We recycle glass jars for storage and keep packaging minimal, while offering recycling for reuse on Skin Care Products. Products Include: Tea Blends, Lip Scrubs, Lip Balms, and Salves.

Garden is winding down.
Many things to harvest ... but not yet!
Until then we start drying, canning and juicing for the winter.
I do everything thing in small batches, so here is today's accomplishments.

Holy BLEEP!
The first flower bloomed!
I moved her inside for the winter, as morning are getting cooler.

I started this Roselle Hibiscus inside November 2025!
Edited- first picture I took this morning.
Second picture I took this evening.
The flower is now closed and almost hard starting to form the calyce!
So cool, so fast!
