This is what happens to your magnesium bath salts if too much air gets in the container 🙃

If you've ever opened the package a second time to a mushy mess here's why!

It's not spoilage — it's just physical absorption of water. Magnesium flakes are super hygroscopic - which means they pull moisture out of the air. So if it's exposed to too much air, it will turn into a big soupy, clumpy mess like this.

How to fix: store in an airtight container or make sure you zip the bag up really tight (unlike I did)! Before shipping or selling I always check your brand new bags AT LEAST 3 times to make sure it's sealed up nice and tight 💜

We've been so wrapped up in the wildness of getting The Collective up and running that our upgrade has been a bit delayed.

But I am OBSESSED with these 😍 and they have been worth the wait 💯
