GUYS… THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. 😭
In almost 2 years, this is the first time we’ve had to completely STOP accepting custom orders for several days.
We are officially FULLY BOOKED.
Not “almost booked.”
Not “a few spots left.”
FULL. 😭
Our team is producing at maximum capacity, our fridges are at maximum capacity, and there is literally nowhere else to put another order. 😂
The demand lately has been absolutely incredible, and while we hate saying no to orders, protecting the quality of what leaves our kitchen comes first.
So we’re doing something we almost never do:

We are accepting new orders for September 14 and beyond.

NEW HOURS AT YEG DREAM TARTS 🤎
As we continue to grow and become busier, we’re adjusting our hours so we can focus our team and production on the days you need us most.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8, will be our last Tuesday open, from 10 AM–4 PM.
Beginning Tuesday, September 15, we will be closed every Tuesday. This will be our dedicated store refresh day—a much-needed day for deep cleaning, inventory, organization, maintenance and preparation for the busy week ahead.
Our new hours:
Monday: 10 AM–4 PM
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 10 AM–4 PM
Thursday: 11 AM–8 PM
Friday: 11 AM–8 PM

Another SOLD OUT day. 🥹
I really don’t know how to explain this season of YEG DREAM TARTS… because the website orders.. the walk in traffic.. the e-mails.. the dm’s…
I start my days around 6:30am and I am not done until 7, 8, sometimes 9pm because keeping a business running takes so so so much out of you ♥️ Physically and mentally
And my TEAM… ❤️
They work SO hard to keep up with everything we are doing. The baking, filling, decorating, orders, customers, cleaning, restocking… just to wake up and do it all over again.
We’re at the point where we need to hire a NIGHT SHIFT because on busy weekends, we literally don’t have enough room to produce everything during the day. 😭
It’s beautiful. It’s exhausting. It’s a little crazy.
But mostly… I’m so grateful.
To my team — I see how hard you work and I could never do this without you. ❤️
And Edmonton… you keep showing up and selling us out.
I still can’t believe sometimes that this little dream became THIS.

When I see a comment on tik tok saying our tarts are “old” or “dry,” I don’t even get upset anymore… because I know what actually happens behind these doors.
We start making our tarts fresh every morning — and most days, they don’t even last 8 hours in our display. 😂♥️
This empty display happens 6 days out of 7.
Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We’ve made mistakes, learned from them, listened to our customers and worked incredibly hard to get better every single time.
But selling old tarts? That’s simply not what we do.
So thank you to every single person who walks through our doors, tries a sample, places an order, leaves us feedback and continues to support this little Edmonton business.
