Life on the Land • Free Community Event Day
Hosted by Star 6 Ranch Foundation ✨️
When: Saturday, September 12th
Location: Star 6 Ranch (81130 Ranch Rd E, Exshaw)
Time: 10:30am-5pm
I will be offering the following events:
🌅 11am Opening Sound Bath (inside the Yurt): pre registration - FULL
Right after the opening prayer, settle in for a grounding sound bath to quiet the mind and set your intention for the day. Small groud sound bath indoors.
🎵 4pm Closing Sound Bath (outdooers Grove area) — spots open
As the day comes to an end, lie back beneath the trees for a restful sound bath to carry the day's energy away and ease you into a calmer state to return home.
Bring your own mat or blanket, plus warm layers
Best suited to ages 12+, all experience levels welcome. This event will be a larger group.

It's a sound bath held in your local mountains, on the longest day of the year, surrounded by everything that makes summer in Canmore so special. Come out, breathe the air, and give yourself a real reset.

What the experience includes:

•Any personal items to get more cozy, pillow, blanket, fuzzy socks, eye masks.
